چکیده
The basic element of the design a power module is metallized ceramic substrate. In this work, formation metallization coatings by method thermal transfer pastes (Mo-Mn-Si + binder) for alumina and aluminum nitride ceramics was carried out. fixing coating on substrate performed firing at temperature 1320 °C. subsequent deposition copper layer out cold gas-dynamic spraying (CGDS) followed annealing deposited coating.
